September 2, 2011: Illinois Governor Quinn grants 74 more clemencies/pardons
Governor Quinn (D-IL) has established a pattern of granting pardons around the holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter…and now, Labor Day. We are almost finished with our pardon petitions for the January 2011 deadline! If you aren’t sure what a pardon actually looks like, here is a picture. This is just one client’s petition.
